Qualifications

• PhD within one year of completion or already held.
• Outstanding IC skills with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch).
• Strong publication record at AI venues (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, ACL, EMNLP).
• Experience with large language models, MoE, retrieval; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a high‑impact research project.
• Train and release leading models.
• Collaborate across Ai2 and with external researchers.
• Build open‑source software for the research community.
• Author scientific papers for top conferences/journals.
