• Publications in top conferences (ACL, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI, KDD, CVPR, ICCV) or significant industry influence.

Responsibilities

• Work across the full LLM post-training stack.
• Build high-quality training data and run evaluations.
• Lead end-to-end technical projects and hill-climbing on LLM capabilities.
• Conduct research on improved training and data curation strategies.
