Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health.
• Attend weekly Clinical Rounds and cross-team discussions.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual care teams daily.
• Perform in-office procedures as applicable.
