Job summary

Angels Care Hospice in Omaha, NE seeks a Bereavement Coordinator to plan, implement, and maintain a bereavement program for families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or theological degree required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the assessment and delivery of grief counseling needs.
• Plan for Bereavement Program development through annual evaluation.
• Provide bereavement support to hospice personnel coping with work-related grief.
• Assist in evaluating and planning services to meet hospice personnel support needs.
• Participate in hospice activities, education, meetings, and committees.
• Contribute to quality assessment and performance improvement teams.
