Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a compassionate Bereavement Coordinator to support families after a hospice patient’s passing in the St. Louis area. You will connect families with resources, provide emotional support, and coordinate follow-up services within an interdisciplinary hospice team.

Responsibilities include regular contact with bereaved families, maintaining bereavement plans, and ensuring documentation and compliance with hospice policies. This role offers 40 hours per week at $32–$41 per hour.
