You will develop and supervise the bereavement program, delivering supportive services to families during loss and bereavement, and coordinating with staff and volunteers to provide comprehensive end-of-life care.
Qualifications include graduate social work training (MSW preferred) and LCSW, with 2+ years in healthcare or hospice.

The Bereavement Coordinator provides supportive services to help meet the needs of the terminally ill hospice patients and families as needed. Assists and support to families during their bereavement. Works as a member of the hospice team in providing comprehensive end-of-life care. Responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising the bereavement program and for the delivery of related services.
