Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required.
• Clinical licensure may be required depending on population and department.
• ND licensure: LBSW may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates the Bereavement Care Program focused on family/patient experience.
• Plan individualized care for families to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Collaborates with local support groups and facilitates bereavement services.
• Manages program logistics, grants, and multiple concurrent priorities.
• Maintains confidentiality and coordinates with multidisciplinary teams.
