Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in clinical care of benign hematologic disorders
• Strong teaching skills and enthusiasm for academic medicine
• Evidence of research productivity or interest in developing academic focus (clinical, translational, or basic science)
• Graduate of an accredited ACGME Internal Medicine residency and Hematology fellowship-training program.
• Board eligible/certified in Hematology
• Licensed or ability to acquire medical license and DEA in Minnesota
• Ability to receive work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and expert clinical care to patients with benign hematologic disorders in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Develop and/or lead clinical trials, translational studies, or lab-based investigations
• Contribute actively to medical education and training programs across the Medical School’s learning continuum
• Support multidisciplinary teams and advocate for growth in classical hematology services
• Engage with institutional and national partners to advance research, care models, and population outcomes in non-malignant hematology
