Job summary

The Manager partners with senior Benefits leadership to translate strategies into effective program administration, strong vendor performance, and a high-quality team member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Health & Welfare benefits administration.
• Familiarity with retirement program administration and vendor coordination.
• Understanding of benefits compliance, audits, notices, and filings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to translate benefits strategies into priorities and plans.
• Lead the administration and improvement of Health & Welfare benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA), with day-to-day benefits administration focus.
• Oversee Retirement programs (defined contribution/defined benefit) and related communications, vendor management, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage tuition reimbursement, education-related benefits, childcare and family-support initiatives; oversee related vendor administration.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment, plan reviews, communications, testing, and post-enrollment evaluation.
• Oversee benefits vendors, service delivery, performance standards, and reporting; coordinate with internal partners.
