Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Union Benefits Auditor to conduct comprehensive audits of union benefit records, employee eligibility, and monthly invoices. The role involves reconciling data across multiple union and internal systems, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and union providers to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling large datasets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in benefits, HRIS, payroll, auditing, or related analytics.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile union benefit records across multiple databases and HR/payroll systems.
• Validate invoices for Pension, Training, Health & Welfare, and other benefits.
• Perform monthly roster reconciliations and investigate changes in eligibility and deductions.
• Prepare reports and variance analyses for Operations, HR, Payroll, and Finance.
• Maintain audit documentation and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
