The Employee Navigator Specialist role centers on configuring benefit websites, handling payroll and carrier API integrations, and crafting communications that employees understand and value.

You will work in a technical, client-facing capacity with broad ownership and visibility across clients and internal teams. It’s a role with growth as digital capabilities expand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years in a benefits admin role accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain client benefit websites with plan details, costs, documents, notifications, and videos.
• Build and manage payroll integrations with Paylocity, ADP, and Paycor.
• Establish and maintain carrier API integrations and update configurations at renewals.
• Develop and update internal systems for each client through renewal cycles.
• Create clear employee communications to simplify onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare paper enrollment documentation for clients not on online platforms.
• Conduct system audits to verify calculations against carrier contracts.
• Oversee changes in client online enrollment platforms and identify challenges.
