Life.Church is seeking a Central Team Leader, Benefits to design and oversee our comprehensive benefits programs, aligning them with our mission and ensuring competitive, compliant offerings. You will shape strategy, manage programs, and guide how benefits impact staff and families with pastoral care and excellence.

The role leads the Benefits Team, directs annual plans, and partners with Staff Operations to meet organizational goals while maintaining strong vendor relationships and accurate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in employee benefits, HR or a related field.
• CEBS, CBP, or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.
• Strong leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Benefits Team with vision and strategy.
• Oversee design, implementation, and administration of Life.Church benefit plans.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and state mandates.
• Partner with HR and Finance to align benefits with organizational goals.
• Communicate benefits programs clearly to staff and vendors.
