Sonova Group in North America seeks a seasoned Benefits Manager to shape benefit strategy, manage key vendor relationships, and ensure compliant, competitive plans for US and Canadian locations. You will lead Open Enrollment, ACA reporting, and audits, while guiding HR partners in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or CEBS certification is a plus.
• 6+ years benefits experience in US/Canada.
• Experience in global organizations or healthcare segments is a plus.
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefit program strategy via market benchmarks and enhancements.
• Manage Open Enrollment, ACA reporting, 401(k) nondiscrimination testing, and audits.
• Oversee vendor relationships; negotiate renewals and service levels.
• Partner with North America HR to align policies across US/Canada.
• Develop benefits communications, dashboards, guides, and trainings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across plans.
• Maintain SOPs and system documentation for benefits operations.
