Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee benefits administration or related environment.
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with audits, reconciliations, financial reporting and oversight.
• Proven track record of process improvements and KPI-driven teams.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop supervisors and staff across multiple locations.
• Oversee department operations, compliance, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, policies, and operational controls.
• Establish, monitor, and report on department KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve organizational performance.
• Prepare executive reports, board materials, and performance updates.
• Manage escalated issues involving clients, auditors, attorneys, and employers.
