Pilot Company (SSC) is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support daily operations and help review, propose, and implement legally compliant benefits programs. The role involves benchmarking, market research, and collaborating across teams to enhance health and well-being initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR/Accounting or 3+ years in benefits administration, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting/finance or related field, or 3+ years in benefits administration.
• Intermediate MS Office; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support annual benefits strategy planning through benchmarking and market research.
• Analyze trends and propose enhancements for cost efficiency.
• Research proposed benefits offerings and perform cost analyses.
• Conduct meetings/workshops to inform health and well-being initiatives.
• Audit benefit enrollments and related data for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with people analytics to analyze trends.
• Assist with issue resolution and ongoing program enhancements.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and member experience.
• Model behaviors aligning with the company's purpose; support guests and team members.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA.
