Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Benefits Analyst to analyze and interpret the company\'s benefits programs and to help ensure offerings are equitable and competitive. The role involves evaluating benefits packages and assisting with development, communication, and implementation to attract and retain associates.

The analyst will support HR in interpreting benefit practices, modeling data, and preparing materials for open enrollment, salary reviews, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of experience in benefits related activities.
• 2–3 years experience as a benefits analyst or in HR administration is an advantage.
• Handles moderately complex issues and refers more complex to higher-level staff.
• Solid working knowledge of subject matter.
• May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
• Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, decision-making, and planning skills.
• Able to handle confidentiality concerning associate information.
• Ability to use MS Office, Visio, and Access.
• High-level proficiency in Excel.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Excellent investigative and analytical skills to discern variances and trends

Responsibilities

• Conducts market analysis of company benefits to determine competitive positioning of the organization\'s benefit offerings.
• Assisting in the execution and administration and providing analytical support for a variety of benefit policies and programs.
• Preparing supporting data for the review of annual salary budget.
• Preparing statistical analysis and data modeling
• Providing support to HR department concerning interpretation of benefit practices and guidelines.
• Providing guidance on issues related to benefits for management
• Provides assistance during annual benefits open enrollment.
