The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in employee benefits, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years experience in an employee benefits role that includes vendor management, employee issue resolution, and operational responsibilities
• Knowledge of employee benefits-related laws and regulations including ERISA
• Proven proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees and vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Interacts daily with vendors and internal partners to manage benefit plans and related operational processes such as invoices, communications, file feeds, and compliance considerations
• Responds to employee or HR Business Partner inquiries regarding enrollment questions, prior authorizations, and paycheck deductions; escalates complex issues for leadership guidance
• Supports the implementation of new benefit vendors including file interfaces, communications, compliance, and reporting
• Maintains confidentiality throughout all interactions with employees and vendors
• Stays current with knowledge of employee benefits-related laws and ERISA regulations
