Vaden Automotive is seeking a knowledgeable Human Resource Specialist - Benefits to support employee health, well-being, and success. You will navigate benefits from new hires to leave administration, providing excellent service and maintaining records in ADP and HRIS systems.

You will administer medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, and other employer-sponsored programs, assist enrollments and life events, and coordinate annual Open Enrollment with communications and testing.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in Benefits Administration or HR with a focus on employee benefits.

Aufgaben

• Administer benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA).
• Assist enrollments, life events, eligibility questions, and changes.
• Coordinate new-hire enrollments and open enrollment activities.
• Serve as primary benefit contact and ensure accurate records in HR systems.
• Handle leave administration and benefits-related communications.
