Job summary

CFS in Hartford, CT is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support a well-established benefits function in a flexible hybrid environment. You will help administer core programs, support enrollment and vendor management, and work with HR leadership to enhance the employee experience.

The role offers exposure to a major HRIS implementation (UKG to ADP) and broad involvement across benefits administration with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in administering employee benefits programs.
• Strong understanding of benefits programs and regulations.
• Experience working with HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness and leave programs.
• Serve as a resource for benefits questions and enrollment.
• Support open enrollment activities and employee communications.
• Assist with benefits audits, reporting, compliance and vendor management.
• Maintain benefits records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
• Partner with HR leadership to improve processes and employee experience.
• Support system implementations and UKG to ADP transition.
• Assist with benefits analysis and special projects.
