We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactiveBenefits Specialist (hybrid)to join our growing team located at our headquarters in Rosemont, IL. In this role, you’ll support the administration and compliance of employee benefit programs across the U.S. and Canada helping ensure 300+ employees across North America receive the best possible care and coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA/HSA, short and long-term disability, and wellness initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees with benefit inquiries, resolving issues with clarity and compassion.
  • Conduct benefits orientation sessions and prepare materials.
  • Assist with COBRA administration, FMLA, and other leave-of-absence programs with attention to compliance and employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate benefits records in HRIS and ensure data integrity.


Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of COBRA, FMLA, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with Excel and reporting tools.
  • A passion for employee wellbeing and continuous improvement.
