Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage benefits programs and provide responsive service to employees across the firm. The role focuses on data accuracy in ADP Workforce Now, enrollment processing, vendor coordination, and reporting in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, service-focused, and proficient with ADP Workforce Now and MS Office, with 3+ years of benefits experience and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience supporting employee benefits, enrollment and plan administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage benefit data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions about benefits and assist enrollment and life events.
• Maintain benefit data in ADP Workforce Now for HR and benefit transactions.
• Coordinate with benefit vendors for setup, enrollment, and updates; ensure timely processing.
• Assist with COBRA, deductions, and leave administration as needed.
• Prepare benefit reports and orientations to support timely enrollment.
