• Assist members with benefit information, enrollment procedures, and eligibility verification.
• Respond to incoming calls, customer inquiries, and requests for policy information.
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure members receive timely assistance.
• Review available insurance products and explain coverage options based on individual circumstances.
• Lead virtual consultations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate protection solutions.
• Work closely with team leaders to stay informed about new products, coverage updates, and company procedures.
