Compensation: $23.00/hour

  • Screen uninsured patients for coverage options and assist with completing and submitting applications, including through Pennsylvania COMPASS.
  • Manage Project HOME sliding fee applications, ensuring information is accurately entered in eClinicalWorks (eCW) and updated as required.
  • Explain sliding fee eligibility and requirements to patients in a clear and supportive way.
  • Review electronic eligibility reports and resolve coverage or eligibility issues, including same‑day patient updates.
Support Access to Healthcare
  • Help patients access specialty care by supporting referrals, prior authorizations, Benefit Limit Exceptions, scheduling, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate Medicaid application and patient records within the practice management system.
  • Support patient outreach, scheduling, and Wellness Center recruitment efforts.
  • Maintain and update the SKWC Resource Guide and community partnerships that support patient access.
Provide Patient‑Centered Support
