TEKsystems is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join the global Benefits team. The role focuses on US benefits administration, serving as the primary contact for coverage, claims, and enrollment, and supporting day-to-day operations in a remote setup.
The candidate will interact with Payroll, HRCs, HRPs, and Legal, performing audits, coordinating communications, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Experience with Workday and Excel/Sheets is beneficial.

We are searching for an exceptional Benefits Coordinator to join our global Benefits team. In this role, you will develop and utilize a comprehensive understanding of US benefits administration, provide excellent service as a point of contact across the company, troubleshoot diverse challenges, and assist with day-to-day benefit plan operations. By doing so, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellness of our global team.
Be the first point of contact, responding to internal employee and partner team (including Payroll, HRCs, HRPs, Legal) inquiries regarding coverage, claims, and enrollment
Coordinate and support external and internal partners
Develop and send employee communications regarding any benefit changes or updates
Conduct recurring and ad-hoc audits with attention to detail; investigate and solve for discrepancies
Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient benefit plan administration)
Coordination of broker/carrier upskilling sessions
Billing and invoicing support
Maintain digital storage of plan documents and employee resources
Maintain HIPAA compliance
401(k) plan administration
Internal and external system testing and review, as needed

2 years of relevant benefits administration experience
Helpful: HRIS familiarity (we use Workday)
Helpful: Excel or Google Sheets experience

This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR.
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
