Job summary

AIL in Massachusetts is hiring full-time benefits specialists to join a fast-paced team. You will provide product and service information to customers and union workers, and you will train your own team to become the top New England unit.

First-year associates typically earn $65K–$100K, with merit-based promotions and opportunities to advance to management and leadership roles. All compensation is performance-based, with weekly bonuses and other incentives.

Qualifications

• Entry-level associate role with fast-track promotions.
• Must be motivated and coachable with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to obtain insurance licenses/certifications with company training.
• Availability for full-time schedule including evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and service information to customers and union workers.

• Support with obtaining required state insurance licenses.

High school diploma or equivalent

Full-time availability and flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to obtain any required insurance licenses/certifications (company will assist with training)

Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)
