Job summary

AIL is seeking full-time, motivated individuals to join a fast-paced team of independent benefits specialists in New England. You will educate customers and union workers, train your own team, and pursue rapid advancement toward leadership and agency ownership.

First-year earnings typically range from $65K to $100K, with performance-based pay, bonuses, and incentives. Flexible schedule and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to fast-track management opportunities.
• Full-time availability with flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends).
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses/training.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and service information to customers and union workers.
