SISCO, a Cottingham & Butler company, seeks a Service Representative to support our benefits administration services. You will handle customer inquiries, process medical and dental claims, and learn complex plan details in a fast-paced environment.

We value driven, energetic candidates who put customers first and are willing to grow with a team that emphasizes open communication and collaboration. Our Service Center operates Monday–Thursday 7 am–7 pm and Friday 7 am–5 pm.

Qualifications

• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
• The ability to multi-task and have great attention to detail.
• Ability to work with customers of diverse background and dispositions.
• Preferred Licensed in Life and Health, or obtain within 180 days of employment (paid study time).

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries on benefits plans.
• Process Medical/Dental Claims.
• Learn/retain large amounts of technical information.
