Job summary

ADP is seeking a Benefit Services Specialist to administer health and welfare benefit programs for TotalSource clients and internal partners. You will manage enrollments, audits, and data flows, ensuring accurate processing and timely issue resolution.

You will provide tier 2 support, coordinate with HR, carriers, and service teams, and mentor junior staff while promoting best practices in benefits administration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Customer Service environment, ideally with employee benefits/HR administration.
• Experience with benefits programs and client/service delivery is preferred.
• Military experience welcomed as transferable skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and govern health and welfare benefit plans and enrollment events.
• Provide tier 2 client and internal service support for benefits questions.
• Coordinate annual enrollment, eligibility audits and data accuracy.
• Partner with HRBPs, carriers, and service teams to resolve issues.
• Mentor associates and deliver training on benefits programs.
