Job summary

ADP is seeking a Benefits Services Specialist to act as the primary contact for TotalSource clients and internal partners in the governance of health and welfare plans. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Benefits Administration.
• Payroll, Accounting and HRIS experience a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of TotalSource products and ADP organization navigation to resolve client requests.

Responsibilities

• Administers and governs a variety of benefit plans on a day-to-day basis through processing of enrollments, life events, and annual open enrollment.
• Partners with back office teams to coordinate transaction processing, audits and deliverables.
• Performs data integrity and enrollment/eligibility audits and resolves issues.
• Reviews and updates operating procedures for benefits administration and suggests improvements.
• Manages data flow and carrier connections; resolves errors with team members.
• Provides tier 2 client and internal service support and communicates policy changes.
• Coordinates Annual Enrollment for clients and assists in transitioning plans to service.
• Develops and implements workflows to ensure transactions are processed by TotalSource providers.
