Job summary

Qualifications

• This is a commission-only sales position with average first-year earnings of $65,000+.
• Licensing is required to sell applicable insurance products and may be obtained.
• State and federal laws require licensing to sell certain insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Present and explain available insurance and benefits solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Identify new opportunities and build a sustainable client base.
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Learn and stay current on available products, services, and industry requirements.
• Work toward individual activity, sales, and performance goals.
• Obtain and maintain the state licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.
