Lomenick Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a benefits sales representative role. You will work with individuals, families, and businesses to tailor insurance and benefits solutions that protect their financial future.

This is a relationship-driven position with a mix of independent work and local team collaboration. No prior sales experience required; we provide training and resources to develop the skills needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Licensing required to sell applicable insurance products (to be obtained).
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop a client base.

Responsibilities

• Client consultations - Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Sales presentations - Present and explain available insurance and benefits solutions.
• Relationship management - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Business development - Identify new opportunities and build a sustainable client base.
• Follow-up - Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Product knowledge - Learn and stay current on available products, services, and industry requirements.
• Goal management - Work toward individual activity, sales, and performance goals.
• Licensing - Obtain and maintain the state licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.
