Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Benefits Sales Manager. The Benefits Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and addressing client needs, and providing exceptional customer service. The Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, conducting product presentations, and collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Leadership and Team Collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Product Presentations and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
