Job summary

Everett and Associates is hiring benefits sales representatives in a local, in-person role. You will meet with individuals, families, and businesses to assess needs and provide insurance and benefits solutions.

Training is provided, and prior sales experience is welcome but not required. You will develop client relationships, present solutions, and grow a sustainable book of business while meeting licensing requirements and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Client consultations - Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Sales presentations - Present and explain available insurance and benefits solutions.
• Relationship management - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Business development - Identify new opportunities and build a sustainable client base.
• Follow-up - Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Product knowledge - Learn and stay current on available products, services, and industry requirements.
• Goal management - Work toward individual activity, sales, and performance goals.
• Licensing - Obtain and maintain the state licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.
