Job summary

The Radu Group is seeking motivated individuals for benefits sales representation. You will work with individuals, families, and businesses to assess needs and offer insurance and benefits solutions to protect their financial future. Training is provided, and licensing is required to sell products.

This commission-only role offers uncapped earning potential, a hybrid in-office/field work setup, and opportunities for ongoing career development based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Present and explain available insurance and benefits solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Identify new opportunities and build a sustainable client base.
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Learn and stay current on available products, services, and industry requirements.
• Work toward individual activity, sales, and performance goals.
• Obtain and maintain the state licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.
