Job summary

The Radu Group is seeking motivated benefits sales representatives to join our team in a hybrid role serving individuals, families, and businesses with insurance and benefits solutions. You will work both in-office and in the field, meeting clients in the local area with transportation assumed by you.

Prior sales experience is welcome but not required. We provide structured training and ongoing development to help you succeed, with uncapped earning potential based on performance and a clear path

Qualifications

Responsibilities
