Job summary

Tower Street Insurance is a Dallas-based agency seeking an Employee Benefits Producer to expand our Benefits team. This role focuses on growing a book of group benefits business, leading renewals, and delivering exceptional client service.

You will prospect through cold calls and networking, gather client data, and coordinate with internal teams on proposals, enrollments, and client needs. A health and life license (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of employee benefits sales experience (preferably at an insurance brokerage).
• Strong understanding of group benefits coverage and underwriting.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; agency management system experience is a plus.
