Job summary

Tower Street Insurance in Dallas, TX, is seeking an Employee Benefits Producer to help grow a book of group employee benefits business and deliver outstanding service to clients.

You will set strategy, lead renewals, and coordinate with internal teams on proposals, enrollments, presentations, and client needs while identifying cross-selling opportunities and staying current on industry trends and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of employee benefits sales experience.
• Strong understanding of group benefits coverage and underwriting.

What You'll Bring

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office; agency management system experience is a plus
• Health & Life License (or willingness to obtain)
