Job summary

The Standard in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Sales Analyst on the Employee Benefits team to manage the RFP process for new and existing groups, blending relationship management, customer service and analytical skills.

You will collaborate with internal and external customers (Sales Reps, Brokers, Underwriters and Employers) to deliver the best outcomes, negotiate pricing, and ensure accuracy and timely re-quotes while advancing the pipeline.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Group Employee Benefits products and underwriting guidelines.
• Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the assigned territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFP risks for amendments and new groups.
• Negotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancements.
• Analyze RFP documents for underwriting feasibility and proposal accuracy.
• Administer re-quotes and corrections.
• Manage Salesforce data input, stage updates, document uploads, reports, probability and pipeline.
