Job summary

Jobtailor in Washington state seeks an Account Manager to assist Account Executives and Producers with marketing and servicing of new and renewal business, and to coordinate with production teams and carriers to support client renewals. The candidate will discuss renewal strategies, prepare renewal outputs, and monitor policy expirations while maintaining accurate premium allocations.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–3 years of account management and Workers’ Compensation experience required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two to three years account management experience required
• Worker’s Compensation experience is required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Executives and Producers with marketing and servicing of new and renewal business
• Coordinate with production team and insurance carriers to facilitate successful client renewals
• Discuss Renewal strategies with Producer, Marketing Strategy
• Prepare for Renewal Outputs
• Confirm coverage is bound, send binder to client
• Complete premium allocation spreadsheets for clients (by location, installment)
• Monitor expiration dates of all policies
