Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller is seeking a Benefits Administrator to administer medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, leaves and voluntary benefits. You will serve as the main benefits expert, guiding team members and families, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA and IRS rules.

You will enter data in Workday, support onboarding, manage vendor relations, and help expand centralized benefit services in partnership with the People Team. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Admin or equivalent experience.
• Experience with benefit programs and related regulations.
• Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA etc.
• Answer benefit questions and resolve issues.
• Onboard new team members on benefits.
• Enter and maintain HRIS data in Workday.
• Coordinate with brokers and vendors.
• Assist in implementing new plans.
