Job summary

This role collaborates with HRIS, vendors, brokers, consultants, third-party administrators, and technology teams to ensure programs comply with regulations and meet workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration, compliance, communication, and continuous enhancement of employee benefits and retirement programs.
• Serve as a liaison for HRIS-related system testing, enhancements, implementations, and integrations.
• Coordinate projects, support system testing and data validation, and assist with change management.
• Develop benefits communications and education programs and support enrollment activities.
