Responsibilities

• Administer and support health and welfare benefit programs, including enrollments and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate annual enrollment activities and prepare communications and educational materials.
• Develop and maintain benefit communications, guides, and FAQs for associates.
• Support retirement programs and 401(k) administration with trackable reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and related regulations and filings.
