Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) or more years experience working for a Group Insurance Carrier or Benefits Brokerage Firm.
• Valid insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and completion of multiple small to large projects.
• Partner with internal resources to ensure project activities meet specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Create and manage project implementation plans and review data as needed.
• Communicate and oversee regular status reports, system testing and data quality reviews.
• Ensure planning system documentation is current and accurate.
• Prepare data and financial reports for management in a timely manner.
• Monitor and engage in quality control on department projects.
• Seek opportunities to implement process improvements within the department.
• Comply with data standards and maintain complete and accurate information.
• Other duties as assigned.
