• Administer employee benefit programs such as health, dental, life and reimbursements.
• Handle benefit inquiries and coordinate with insurance carriers and COBRA/HIPAA/ACA requirements.
• Assist with benefits orientation, enrollment, and open enrollment processes.
• Prepare monthly premium statements and maintain benefits records.
• Support compensation processes and ensure compliance with policy and budget.
