Job summary

West Ridge Specialty Care in Knoxville, IA is seeking a Benefits & Payroll Manager to support our administrative team. You will oversee payroll processing, administer benefits, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with onboarding and reporting across our 78-bed skilled nursing community.

Join our compassionate team and help maintain accurate payroll, benefits, and personnel records while supporting labor reporting and audits.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's in business or related field is preferred.
  • Training in record keeping, bookkeeping, payroll, and general administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer systems
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
