Job summary

West Ridge Specialty Care in Knoxville, IA is hiring a Dietary Staff member to support our 78-bed skilled nursing community. You will assist with food table service, deliver trays to rooms, and help maintain clean, sanitary dining areas during evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in quantity food preparation and service.
• Willingness to complete training in Food, Safety, Sanitation and Modified Diets.
• Experience in a healthcare dietary setting a plus!
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
