Job summary

Care Initiatives in Iowa is seeking a Benefits & Payroll Manager to join our administrative team. This full-time role manages payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance across our care communities, ensuring accuracy and timely pay in a compassionate environment.

You’ll support onboarding, payroll setup, employee records, and reporting, while helping staff access our robust benefits and tuition programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Training/education in record keeping, bookkeeping/accounting, payroll, and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer systems.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
