Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with focus on Benefits Administration.
• Experience administering health and welfare programs (medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, COBRA).
• Solid knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, and benefits compliance requirements.
• Experience with open enrollment, vendor management, and benefits operations.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong reporting, data management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer health, welfare, retirement, COBRA, HIPAA, and voluntary benefit programs.
• Manage enrollments, life events, eligibility changes, and beneficiary records.
• Assist with open enrollment planning, communications, and vendor coordination.
• Audit vendor invoices, maintain records, and support system enhancements.
