Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Employee Benefits Operations Leader to direct day-to-day operational execution of the Employee Benefits business within an assigned team. This role partners with service, sales, compliance, and leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will lead a collaborative, high-performing team, coach members, manage onboarding, and drive process improvements while upholding regulatory and carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of employee benefits, insurance, operations, or business process experience.
• Prior experience leading teams, projects, or operational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits operations, workflows, and service delivery processes.
• Experience with operational controls, compliance requirements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of agency management systems and employee benefits technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop operational team members.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to established workflows, procedures, and service standards.
• Drive adoption of approved Employee Benefits technology platforms and tools.
• Support data integrity and reporting analytics.
