Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration, union trust funds, pension administration, TPA operations, or related.
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with audits, reconciliations, financial reporting, and operational oversight.
• Proven success leading process improvements, automation projects, and KPI-driven teams.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Control Department Manager to lead a large, multi-location team within a complex employee benefits administration environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving process improvements, and implementing automation initiatives while delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a strong background in employee benefits, pension administration, union trust funds, or third‑party administration (TPA).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, automation, data analytics, or AI‑driven improvements.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
